1) Do you have shipping across India?
Yes, we ship across India. We also ship to major countries internationally.

International Shipping
- Standard & Express Delivery: 7–8 days (from dispatch)
- Customs Duties:
- Customers in USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Czech Republic, and some Middle East countries must pay any import duties.
- For all other countries, duties must also be paid by the customer.
- We assist with customs clearance, but the process cannot be expedited.

- All locations: Delivered through our trusted courier partners
4) How will I get information regarding my order delivery?
- Chennai: Tracking link will be sent to your registered email.
- Other Locations: AWB number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email.
5) What if I am not available during delivery?
- Chennai: Delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.
- Other Locations: Delivery will be rescheduled based on the courier partner’s availability.
6) What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?
- Pre-Dispatch: You can update the address/phone number by contacting customer support or emailing majorrangas@gmail.com
- Post-Dispatch: Only address line corrections can be done.
7) What is the procedure to cancel the order?
Cancellations can be done within 2 hours from the order time by contacting customer support.
8) What happens during National Holidays?
Orders will not be processed or dispatched.
