Refund policy
1. Delivery Delay
Chennai Orders
- Delivery will be arranged on the 2nd business day.
- If delivery is delayed beyond this, the order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
Non-Chennai Orders
- Only the dispatch date can be assured.
- If delivery exceeds the mentioned timeline:
- The issue will be raised with the courier partner.
- Delivery will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
- If delayed further, reshipment will be processed.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
- You will be informed if a product is out of stock.
- The product amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
3. Refund Method
- All refunds will be issued as loyalty points.
- Loyalty points can be redeemed as store credit on future orders.
4. Damaged Items
- Clear photographs of the damaged items must be shared.
- After verification, the refund will be issued as loyalty points.
5. Cash/Online Refund
- Cash or bank refunds are not available.
- Refunds are processed only as loyalty points.
6. Missing Items
- If any item is unavailable, we will notify you in advance.
- For missing items after delivery:
- Verification will be done using photos of the products received.
- The photo of the physical invoice attached to the order will also be cross-checked.
7. Quality Complaints
- The issue must be clearly explained to our customer support team.
- Refund or replacement is subject to management approval after evaluation.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued within 48–72 business hours from the date of delivery.
9. Complaint Window
- All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
