Refund policy


1. Delivery Delay

Chennai Orders

  • Delivery will be arranged on the 2nd business day.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond this, the order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.

Non-Chennai Orders

  • Only the dispatch date can be assured.
  • If delivery exceeds the mentioned timeline:
    • The issue will be raised with the courier partner.
    • Delivery will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
  • If delayed further, reshipment will be processed.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

  • You will be informed if a product is out of stock.
  • The product amount will be refunded as loyalty points.

3. Refund Method

  • All refunds will be issued as loyalty points.
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed as store credit on future orders.

4. Damaged Items

  • Clear photographs of the damaged items must be shared.
  • After verification, the refund will be issued as loyalty points.

5. Cash/Online Refund

  • Cash or bank refunds are not available.
  • Refunds are processed only as loyalty points.

6. Missing Items

  • If any item is unavailable, we will notify you in advance.
  • For missing items after delivery:
    • Verification will be done using photos of the products received.
    • The photo of the physical invoice attached to the order will also be cross-checked.

7. Quality Complaints

  • The issue must be clearly explained to our customer support team.
  • Refund or replacement is subject to management approval after evaluation.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued within 48–72 business hours from the date of delivery.

9. Complaint Window

  • All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
